The hotel was fairly clean with peaceful and particularly good location in an area that gives you access to everything you need and brand-new rooms. Location: the property was near to Eros Airport, the centre of town and Safari. Plus, Auas Valley Mall Windhoek was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

the room is big, comes with wifi as well as a double bed. the staff are friendly, managed the parking onsite. the location is great and peaceful, 2 miles from maerua mall & business park. the airport is 0.5 miles away, easy to get to.

Spent Christmas here and it was fantastic! Got two complementary drinks and a small Christmas gift on arrival, which was a lovely touch. the hotel’s location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. the best part was the rooftop pool, which had stunning views of the city and was the perfect spot to watch the sunset.

The hotel could use a bit of updating, some areas looked a bit tired and could have been cleaner. the service at the restaurant was also a bit slow, but they were extremely busy because of the holiday season, so it was understandable.

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel for a few days while visiting Windhoek. The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was within walking distance from Eros airport. They also helped me book transport to Hosea Kutako Airport at a good rate. I appreciated that the hotel was close to the mall, and it took less than 10 minutes and only about 7USD in a taxi to get to town. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room had a heater which was great. a convenient and comfortable stay.

The hotel staff were absolutely welcoming and delightful. The complimentary 300 MB WIFI was a reliable and fast connection. The room was clean, comfortable and the heater was adequate. The location provided easy transportation links and frequent services to the city and sister hotel.

Despite comfortable accommodation, the cups in the room were slightly stained.
